4. Helping the Doctors to choose the Right Medicine / Drug Molecule for the treatment of any given ailment or chronic disease is also a very crucial part of the job. This gives a feeling of being important in the healthcare system. For this, the Medical Representative needs to study a lot and must have up-to-date knowledge about his molecule, the competition molecule, and various brands available in the market.
5. This is the starting or the initial step in the Journey to the Top Most Position in the Pharma Corporate. Many Top Managers or even Managing Directors or owners of Pharma Corporates have started their careers as Medical Representative.
6. To be successful in the Product Management Team later, one has to get the experience of being a Medical Representative. The Brand Manager needs to know the basics of this job, in order to devise strategies that are to be implemented by MRs across the country.
